Classes run in blocks that coincide with school term dates.

Classes are paid in advance per half term.  One class missed during the half term can be transferred to the next term.  If there is room, you can also go to a different class in the same week if you cannot attend your regular class.

If you are paying online. please let me know if you have a class carried over from last term so that I can issue a coupon code for reduced rate.

You can also pay at the class by cash or cheque.

Before a Yoga Class

  • Do not to eat for a couple of hours before coming to class.  If you need to eat, then a small snack such as fruit is fine.
  • Wear comfortable clothing that you can move around freely in.
  • Bring a yoga mat if you have one.
  • Please let me know beforehand of any injuries or physical conditions you may have.


The path of Yoga requires patience, a willingness to allow transformation to happen and of course, regular practice.  To gain the benefits from Yoga it is recommended that students attend classes on a regular basis and when confident, begin a home practice.  This enables the student to become familiar with the various techniques taught, and allows safe and steady progression on the path of Hatha Yoga , thus fostering a growing awareness of the whole being and a gradual revealing of our Divine nature .  The practice itself will also become easier as the body becomes more flexible and toned and the mind more still.  Regular attendance allows the teacher to get to know the capabilities of each student, offering guidance that is particularly suitable for them.
