untitled_26Individual therapeutic Yoga sessions may be the perfect solution for you if you are currently unable to attend a regular class due to existing medical conditions.  Yoga Therapy can help treat a wide variety of complaints from back pain to stress and depression, and can help the individual to begin to understand the root cause of their problem, thus enabling them to act upon it and regain optimal health both physically and mentally.

A typical yoga therapy session involves an initial client consultation, where the therapist and client discuss the reason for coming to yoga therapy. The therapist will then devise a routine that helps to deal with the issues of the client and promotes natural self healing of the body whilst aiming to allow the mind to experience peace.  Yoga therapy is an holistic healing approach that recognises all aspects of a person’s being, from the physical and mental to the spiritual. This allows the client to begin to feel a unification of mind, body and spirit; the true meaning of Yoga.

I am a fully qualified Yoga Therapist, having completed training with Yogacampus in London which is accredited by The British Council of Yoga Therapy.  I am a member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT) and am registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNCH).Print

Cost – £30 per session.  Book 3 sessions for £75

First session is 90 minutes and the following session are between 60 to 75 minutes.

A specific routine will be developed according to your capability and needs.

 

Sessions can either take place in Hunters Bar or in your own home or private space (if in Sheffield).

Small groups will need to find a room.
