Hatha Yoga class at Hagglers corner, suitable for both complete beginners and those with some experience.

Date: From 6th September – 20th December 2018

Time: 10.15am -11.45am

Terms and conditions of payment:

8 week pass to be used within 10 weeks

4 week pass to be used within 4 weeks

Pass can only be used in the same class unless arranged otherwise with the teacher.

About the Class

  • Suitable for both beginners and those with experience of Yoga.
  • Body awareness, flexibility and core strength, adhering to the principles of Sthira (steadiness) and Sukha (comfort).
  • Breathing techniques (Pranayama) introduced for calming mind.
  • Relaxation and meditation on body sensations and breath awareness.
  • Yogic philosophy introduced
  • Do not to eat for a couple of hours before coming to class.  If you need to eat, then a small snack such as fruit is fine.
  • Wear comfortable clothing that you can move around freely in.
  • Bring a yoga mat if you have one.
  • Please let me know beforehand of any injuries or physical conditions you may have.
