About the Class
This class will be specifically suitable for those who require a little bit extra attention than in normal, larger group classes. The class is kept to a maximum of 7 participants, and the focus is on gentle movement, deep stretching to release tension, along with relaxation and breathing techniques for complete health and well being for the body and mind.
Yoga can bring relief from ailments such as back pain, rheumatoid arthritis, irritable bowel syndrome, anxiety, depression, and many more.
This class is run as a course that follows school timetables.
