About the Class

  • This class is suitable for all abilities.
  • Learn proprioceptive body awareness, through a blend of Somatic movement and Asana.  Improve functional mobility, neuromuscular control, body flexibility and muscle tone.
  • Learn simple breath awareness for steadiness in the mind, and breathing techniques to calm an overactive nervous system and bring balance to the flow of Prana in the body.
  • Introduces Meditation and Yogic philosophy for mental clarity and healthy lifestyle.
  • Do not to eat for a couple of hours before coming to class.  If you need to eat, then a small snack such as fruit is fine.
  • Wear comfortable clothing that you can move around freely in.
  • Bring a yoga mat if you have one.
  • Please let me know beforehand of any injuries or physical conditions you may have.
