About the Class

  • Suitable for those with some experience of Yoga.
  • Learn to improve your body awareness, improve functional range of motion, and increase muscle tone through movement and Asana.
  • Learn simple breath awareness and breathing techniques (Pranayama) for reducing stress and calming the nervous system.
  • Relaxation and Meditation for complete physical and mental rejuvination.
  • Yogic philosophy to help us in all aspects of life.
  • Do not to eat for a couple of hours before coming to class.  If you need to eat, then a small snack such as fruit is fine.
  • Wear comfortable clothing that you can move around freely in.
  • Bring a yoga mat if you have one.
  • Please let me know beforehand of any injuries or physical conditions you may have.
