Gentle Yoga to improve body awareness and mobility, along with therapeutic Yoga for improved breathing, stress management and mental clarity. Suitable for everyone.

Time: 10.00am – 11.15am

Please note: There will be no classes on  April 7th and May 26th.

Participants will be required to create a Zoom account. This is free and easy to use. As a guest of a host, you do not have to pay anything.

Cost:  5 week pass – £30 / £ 8 drop-in (Spaces available)

About the Teacher

I have over 20 years of practice as a Yoga student, and over 10 years experience as a Yoga teacher. I completed the Foundation level Yoga Teacher Training with the British Wheel of Yoga in 2005, and then the 200 hour Yoga Alliance Teacher Training in 2006. After some years of teaching I became interested in the therapeutic benefits of Yoga and undertook a 360 hour Yoga Therapy Diploma which I completed in 2013. I have since continued my studies with internationally renowned teachers in the field of Yoga Therapy.
