About the Class
Part One: Introduction to the main muscle groups (From Jan4th – 6 weeks)
Part Two: Introduction to the three reflexes (From 22nd Feb – 6 weeks)
- Class limited to a maximum of 7 people.
- Both parts suitable for absolute beginners.
- Parts 1 and 2 can be booked together or individually if you cannot make both.
- Learn how to sense and control with ease, all the main groups of muscles in the body
- Learn simple movement for pain relief
- Suitable for those that may need a slowed down, more gentle approach to movement
- Suitable for pain management
- Students will receive an audio recording of the class each week to help with continued learning
- Students will receive a video recording of the main movements
