About the Class
- Learn a series of 6 restorative yoga positions for deep relaxation.
- Helps maintain a healthy immune system, through stimulation of the ‘Relaxation response’
- Simple restorative postures using household items such as blankets and pillow.
- Restorative postures allow the body to relax in different positions, to slowly release deep held tensions in all areas of the body.
- Suitable for all.
- You will get to keep a recording of the session.
- You will be instructed on how to set up the equipment so that you can continue your practice on your won.
- This session is live online via Zoom. Participants will be required to create a free Zoom account. There is no cost to you, and it is very easy to set up.
- Practice with friends. If you have someone else who would also like to try, why not have a 2-1 session or even a small group (maximum 4) each in our own homes.
