Tuesday Evening Yoga (Spaces available)

A class for both complete beginners and those who may be getting back into their practice.  In this class we will look at the basics of human movement through the practice of Asana (posture) and Somatic inquiry (observing our felt sensations and movement patterns).  This is the first step of our journey into Yoga.

Time: 6.00pm – 7.15pm
Dates: From 7th January 2020

Please note: There will be no classes on  April 7th and May 26th.

Participants will be required to create a Zoom account. This is free and easy to use. As a guest of a host, you do not have to pay anything.

Cost:  5 week pass – £30 / £ 8 drop-in (Spaces available)
