  • All passes are valid from the date of the first class attended.
  • Passes must be used within the allocated time.
  • Pass can be used at another class if you cannot make your usual class.
  • Class passes are paused during holidays.
  • Class passes are non refundable once in use, unless for extenuating circumstances.

About the Class

  • Class is suitable for those with some previous practice of Yoga or beginners with a reasonable level of fitness
  • Learn body awareness and improve coordination and mobility through movement and practice of Yoga postures.
  • Develop strength and stamina
  • Learn how to relax the whole body
  • Learn to calm the mind through breathing techniques (Pranayama)
  • Yogic philosophy introduced in classes

  • Over 25 years of practice as a Yoga student.
  • Over 15 years experience as a Yoga teacher.
  • British Wheel of Yoga Foundation level Yoga Teacher Training, Wendy Teasdill, Glastonbury, 2005.
  • Yoga Alliance 200 hour Teacher Training, Shama Yoga, Sheffield, 2006.
  • Yoga Therapy Diploma, Yogacamus, 2013.
  • Corrective Exercise Specialist, NASM, 2018
  • Essential Somatics Movement Educator, Essential Somatics, 2020
  • Over the past 15 years I have regularly attended workshops with internationally renowned Yoga teachers and Yoga therapists such as Donna Farhi, Doug Keller, Tias Little, Julie Gudmestad, Peter Blackaby, Lesley Dike, and A.G Mohan, amongst others.
