  • I am a qualified Yoga therapist with over 13 years of teaching at 1-1 level, and 7 years as a practising Yoga therapist

General One to One Yoga

  • Improve your own Yoga practice
  • Find the safest position for your body
  • Understand what you are trying to achieve in each posture, and how you can adapt postures to suit your body.
  • Learn how to develop a unique routine, or series of routines to suit your differing needs – e.g a dynamic, invigorating practice to warm and loosen the body, or a restorative practice to soothe and calm the body and mind
  • Learn how to relax

Restorative Yoga 1-1 session

Learn 6 simple positions using blankets, pillows or a yoga bolster to relieve tension in the body and bring calmness to the mind. Session lasts 1 hour. Cost £30.  Cost includes written instructions on how to set up each position, and the benefits of each.
