Yoga Therapy and Somatic Movement 1-1 Lessons in Sheffield and Online
What is Yoga Therapy?
Yoga Therapy is a personalised, therapeutic approach designed to address imbalances in the mind and body.
Assessment & Customisation
An initial consultation and postural assessment guide the creation of a tailored practice, incorporating postures, movement, breathwork, and relaxation techniques specific to the individual.
Ongoing Progress
The practice evolves through continuous assessment and client feedback, supporting long-term holistic health and well-being.
Guided & Empowering Approach
Clear, simple instructions are provided, empowering students to maintain and support their own health independently.
Individualised Practice
Each session is uniquely designed to meet individual needs. Yoga Therapy complements, but does not replace, conventional medical treatment, but is an ideal way to understand the connection between our physical, emotional and mental realms.

Benefits of 1-1 Lessons
These personalised one-to-one sessions support your physical, mental, and emotional well-being, helping with pain, stress, mobility, and injury recovery. With tailored guidance and gentle pacing, they build strength, ease movement, and encourage relaxation, balance, and long-term self-care in a safe, supportive environment.
Somatic Movement 1-1 Lessons
One-to-one somatic movement sessions are ideal for addressing individual needs that can’t be fully supported in a group class.
