The following series of classes are available during the month of August for free or donation.

Please be aware that my only income is through my Yoga classes. Any donation received will help me to continue the work that I am doing. Thank you.

After August, these classes will become part of my online on demand video library that will be available from September as a subscription service. Details to follow shortly.

The classes are recordings of my previous Zoom classes and are intended for educational purposes only. When undertaking any of these practices please be aware that you do so at your own risk. If you are unsure as to whether a practice is suitable for you, please contact your doctor or physician.

Mapping the Body

A Yoga series of classes to increase sensory awareness of the body to improve our ability to function and move more efficiently in our lives. This can lead to less tension, pain and stiffness in the body.
As we learn to move more freely, our energy levels increase, and this can improve our breathing, our mood and even our behaviours in life.

Mapping the Breath

This series of classes focuses on becoming aware of our natural breathing, and how the breath feels in the body. We learn to notice how tightness in the body can affect our breathing, and use movement and postures to release the tension and imrove our breath.
Once the restrictions to our natural breath are removed, we can then bring in various Pranayama techniques that also have a positive effect on our breathing and nervous system, thus improving our overall health.

An Exploration of the Koshas

This series of classes looks at the Koshas, or the layers of our Being. It is said that we are spiritual beings that have these outer layers of the body, breath, mind and personality. These layers are part of us, but are not the essence of who we are. We can bring about changes on these layers, but what lies beneath is unchanging and perfect as it is.


Please note, these classes were recorded live either at my home or at a private venue in front of a class. Due to the live streaming of the class, the quality is not as good as a pre-recorded class but the teachings can be heard.
