About the Class
Blending Somatic movement with Yoga postures, this class offers a gentle and accessible introduction to building mobility and strength, making it ideal for beginners. Through simple Somatic movements, you’ll learn to heighten your body awareness, which helps improve mobility by releasing unwanted muscle tension and enhancing coordination and muscle function. Yoga postures are integrated to further develop strength and promote balance between the body and mind. The movements are intentionally slowed down to encourage mindful awareness of both the body and breath, fostering a deeper connection and presence throughout the practice.
