Yoga and Wellness Day Retreat

This one day Yoga and wellbeing event will be held in the beautiful grounds of Unstone Grange, near Dronfield, Derbyshire.

The focus of the day is to allow our body and mind time to relax and restore.

Activities will include gentle Somatic Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation), gentle breathwork, self-massage techniques and finishing with a heart warming Cacao Ceremony.

Drinks and snacks will be provided. BYO lunch.
