About the Class
This class is suitable for beginners and offers a supportive introduction to the practice of Yoga. Through mindful Somatic movement and the exploration of Yoga postures, you’ll develop body awareness while improving coordination and mobility. The practice also helps build strength and stamina, while guiding you in techniques to relax the entire body. Breathing practices (Pranayama) are introduced to calm the mind, and elements of Yogic philosophy are woven into the sessions to deepen your understanding and connection to the practice.
